Prompt: Analyze how you’ve adapted to the demands of this course over the past week, and evaluate one strength and one challenge you anticipate as we progress, justifying your insights with personal examples

I've adapted to the work and demands it helps me stay on track and to keep up with my goal of having and keeping my grades above nineties . These demands maintain good coordination and help you recognize yourself and getting into a good study schedule, to find out stuff you didn't  know about yourself it helps you understand what you want to become. one significant strength I'm learning in this course is identifying cultures and beliefs. one challenge I've encountered is maintaining a good focus and engagement to keep up and understand at times. Today in class we finished doing our masks and reflection papers to present on Monday. this is gonna a help me in the future by making me stay more on top and focused to understand and take in more knowledge.
