It’s Homecoming Week! ๐ŸŽ‰ What do you love most about being part of the Lakeside community? How do you show off your school spirit? What is your favorite Homecoming tradition or event?

The part i love most about being a part of the lakeside community is that they are very welcoming , talkative, embracing and they will give good advice. The teachers and students are all very talkative and nice to each-other i haven't heard not one bad thing the lakeside community is very big and commutative, they all talk among each-other and will help each-other out no matter who you are, i show off my school spirit by dressing up in the typical gold and purple colors i also have my lakeside merch and the costume lakeside stuff we have gotten, not only that lakeside offers magnets that you can put on your car for 10-15 dollars , my favorite part about homecoming week tradition is the whole spirit week where we get to dress up as the themes wee get assigned to do the themes change every week depending on the school they help us express our creativity and ideas they help us express what we would on a daily without getting judged this tradition is my favorite part of the whole year same as going to the homecoming football game. Another one of my favorite events is going to the homecoming dance and getting all dolled up to take pictures and enjoy the night with all my friends without a care in the world. Today in class we presented our story maps and listened to the other students who presented in the 30 min we had in class. I learned about the different types of stuff we went through as kids and what defines who we are to this day.
