Prompt: These letters show how Celie learns from the people around her, even in small ways. Think of someone in your life who influences you in a positive, everyday way—a friend, relative, teacher, or teammate. Write about what you’ve learned from them and how their influence shows up in your daily life.

Celie starts to become herself and starts to understand where other people are coming from and what they are doing and why they have dine that she also starts to become more of herself and starts maturing about her responses and how she is acting towards people she also starts to change in perceptive and how she is feeling about other people in her home and the way she cooks she also starts to change as soon as Shug Avery enters her home she becomes more in depth of who she is wanting to become, she also starts to become more self aware about the things around her she states she feels loved and seen by the others in Mr. like her family Sofia also opens up about talking so nonchalantly about how she thinks Harpos eating problem is affecting him and that he is probably fine she also doesn't bring up Mr instead she just says  that he is right in some things but not all of the time this well expresses who is becoming and what will happen. Someone who influences me into becoming the person I am and who I will be is my mother she is always constantly doing stuff that will bring me up and make me a better person she gives me advice all the time and will make me more mature about certain topics that aren't very spoke on lately. Today in class we read the letters and then we had to do an assignment and did questions about the letters we read, Today I learnt that sometimes reading can be hard for some people and it can be comprehensive.
