Prompt: What is the most challenging part of working in a group? Discuss a time when a group assignment did not go as well as you planned and how you learned from that experience.

the most challenging part of working in a group assignment or in a group project you have to communicate with the people that are in your group and sometimes the people that are in your group aren't the type to communicate or talk at all sometimes other people will do more work than others and some people will do better work than others and I think that's something that's the most challenging part that there's never communication and that people will always assume or do better than what they're supposed to be doing sometimes people also take advantage of one another and what it has to be done the most challenging part of working in a group environment would also be getting in touch with one another to figure out what else has to be done and who's doing what what on the weekends group assignments may not always go as planned depending on the people that are in your group sometimes the people that are in your group are also people that you don't really talk to or don't like and that's something that affects the group environment in the group project because then it makes everybody feel awkward or some type of way. Something that I've learned from experience would always be to communicate before the project is started because sometimes it leads to miscommunication and people not knowing what to do, today in class we got into groups for a class discussion that we will be conducting on every day of the week next week today I learned that communication is key and to always speak to one another.
