Prompt: When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 When I am in a mood that I do not like some of the strategies that I use to change my mood would be to isolate myself and ignore people it is a bad habit but I rather isolate myself and be on my own then to harm others while I am feeling a strong emotion but as I isolate myself I like to listen to  music and play games this is a way of me finding comfort in my own loneliness it also helps me forget my emotions and what I was so bothered about and to what was affecting me these strategies like breathing in and out while having and intense mindset help me I also sometimes want to take a walk and just disassociate myself from the world and people even though that sometimes being alone affects not only you but others there's never anything wrong with choosing yourself because it is not selfish it is compassion to your soul and body you shouldn't let others make you feel bad for being yourself and not letting it get to you isn't a weakness. Today in class we presented the projects that we have been working on from last week, Today I learned about how certain people will have different mannerism and how they cope to their own feelings and there is nothing wrong with that.
