Prompt: How does the New Orleans episode of Street Food: USA show that food represents more than just something people eat? Explain how at least one food from the episode reflects culture, identity, or community

A food that well represents my community that i had seen in the New Orleans episode would have been the yacamein the soup reminded me of a birria soup it is made differently in all of the the community but it has similar ingredients and the look reminded me of how it had a reddish tint by its red ingredients the birria is a lamb broth based it is used to cure or to bring warmth which i think the yacamein brought to its community it helped it grow and to get one another get to know each other the yacamein lady reminds me of my grandparents they are so passionate about the food and to show others they're love of making food the way spreading it around will help others see where they come from and how to experience the old well made food today now a days the food does not taste the same as back then when it was made with hands that learned the recipe long ago side by side than a recipe online, This makes me realize the authenticity of the dishes and how unique to the community they will always be, Today in class we saw a video with the variety of foods that describe a community or city to work to add on to our presentations and got to work around the whole class time, Today i learned about the different  type of blood types in forensic science.
