Prompt: Reflect on the simile and metaphor worksheet. Which topic challenged you the most when creating your figurative language, and why? In your response, explain what made that topic difficult and how you worked through the challenge (or what you might do differently next time).

My reflection on the similes and metaphors worksheet would have been that the most challenging figurative language for me would have been metaphor similes have always been pretty easy to understand and explain most of them are always like her as or with an a in it while metaphors have always been with a or any other type of comparison word similes have always been pretty straightforward and pretty easy to maintain while metaphors have always been more challenging to me in my perspective they make me question and they make me think about certain types that I can compare while being able to compare sometimes metaphors aren't straightforward to me in our heart to discover and to be seen metaphors are also pretty different in the aspects of their feelings the emotions and how to compare, these metaphors that I wrote have been challenging to me reflecting on them made me realize that I didn't really know how to write them how to understand them and how to see them these metaphors were probably really sloppy in the beginning but started to become understandable first you have to come up with an idea and then you have to understand the topic of what you wanted to be and how do you want it to sound but other than this the best way to understand them would have been on how to compare something that I would do different would be understanding how to write metaphors or how to do it I will look up examples understand them and then write something similar to the problems that I have going on with me that's how I would understand a metaphor that's what I would do differently. Today in class we're creating a poster on about art metaphors and similes and we're going to be demonstrating the differences of what we went through in a poster, today I learned about the amount of times that no matter how different a picture is it's something that can be found that describes your exact same emotions feelings or the place.
