Prompt: Today, we continued our discussion about culture and food. What is one dish from your culture that is a must-have as a representation of your culture? Identify the dish and explain what it is and why it is significant.

One dish that would represent my my culture would be a difficult choice for me to make. There are many dishes that represent each city depending its making and where its origin came from most of the recipes come from being passed down to each generation a dish that would describe my family would be tamales or pozole these dishes are made with such care and have very strict instruction they have to be done with so much patience and the ingredients have to be precise these dishes are made very differently  depending the liking of others they're is nothing more important than to grow and enjoy from one another recipes than too judge and not accept it this way another way to modify the dish is going to happen the dishes get better and are made with what is needed the dishes only get more exotic and tastier the dish that would best describe my culture would be each and every one of them they each all create the culture they each have roots to every country and city in my whole culture they have been very rooted to the past and it is only better to keep passing them down to each generation. Today in class we started to talk about our posters/ slides or our presentation, Today i leared how to properly set up my project.
