A day that i realized that a food that i was looking at in a bad way was actually going to be one of my favorites would have been butter chicken i had always seen it as interesting and was not appetizing to my looks i had never been a picky eater but i was always afraid of tasting other foods from other community i was afraid of trying something because in a very long while ago i had tried a food i had been looking forward too and i had not liked it so this made me afraid of trying it but one day in school my friend had offered me some butter chicken because of a food pot luck she was doing at school i agreed and said yes i would love some at this point i realized if i had opportunity to take it  i would maybe just because i did not like a food a while ago trying new things would not affect me but instead it would help me realize what i do and don´t like i decided to put my differences aside and try the food it was amazing and it had a very special spice to it i had not tasted something that was spicy and flavorful this food is very eye opening to me it made me have a very special moment to me my mom and grandma both tried the food and enjoyed the chicken and they had said the same thing it had a unique spice to it  and we would definitely be trying it again, Today in class we worked on our slides and presentation, Today i learned about myself and my friends culture by comparing recipes.
